Completed in 2024, ICON Offices is a 12,500-square-meter development in Porto located by a major highway junction. Designed by Luís Pedro Silva and developed by Civilria, the project features offices, shops, restaurants, and a garden that serves both tenants and the public.
The complex consists of two distinct buildings, one horizontal and one vertical, designed to complement each other. At the heart of the site, a shared garden and a two-level lake with a bridge connect the volumes, creating a central gathering space for the development.
The buildings feature curved shapes inspired by the site's geometry and local traffic flow. Traditional ceramic cladding connects the modern design to Porto's architectural heritage, while the facades change appearance based on the sunlight and viewing angle....… see more here
